And where Daniel held is own
In a lion's den
Babylon was great
With its silver and its gold
But it was nothing to compare
With that city of the soul

There are many important cities
Where the great apostle went
Rome, Athens, Thessalonica
Antioch and Corinth
Then John in Revelation
When called to come up higher
Road to Ephesus, Ansmitum
Percamus and Thyatira
Sardis, Philadelphia
Laodecia won't let around
But none of these was like the city
John saw coming down
