Drowning my subconsciousness
Grasping without care
No consequential witness
For action often bared

Challenged in the dawn light
As nightfall fades away
Remember all the things I saw
Remember what I say

Reacting to the anger
Wallow in remorse
Find solitude and sadness
Much to hard a course

It never goes away
It'll never let you be
Sleepless nights will follow
And never set you free

Lost in all conclusions
Lost in dire fear
Waiting for an outcome
A word that no one hears

Conscience for the hollow
And silence for the damned
Who will mourn the passing
Of those we reprimand
