As I look back upon my former self,
I realise how much things have changed,
where we used to go, what we used to do on friday nights,
nothing lost, yet nothing gained.
And I think it's been a year since we used to fight
and do the stupid things we used to do,
hoping some day that we would sound as good
as what we listened to,

As time keeps moving on I,
I just keep getting stronger,
as time keeps moving on,
nothing seems to go wrong,
touch wood I'll need no longer,
I just keep getting stronger,
at least I can say that I,
trust the ground that I walk upon.

Everything's now fallen into place,
all our wrongs put right and our mistakes erased,
the ones who we used to listen to know our name,
we're a few more steps down our road to fame.
Things are now looking up for us,
and it's weird how everything has changed,
I know there is still room for us to grow,
but for now where we are will do.
