Nothing is said nor done
The tables have turned
My eyes are open
I’m looking out at the world
It’s right in front of me
With arms outstretched

But am I really there
I see the faces that effect my life
They see my face with nothing inside

I hesitate to pull the world close
I’m always on the edge
Never satisfied
Always a few paths behind
Trying to find the piece inside

I look above the strength comes down
I look above the light shines down
