Where did you go?

I went to Rome
On a search for the Pharaoh’s gold
The locals told me I need to find a body with no soul
So I rented a boat
And I sailed to the cove
Where the lovers go
Where the lovers go

Then I took a wave
From the mouth of the cave
Like I was just thirteen
Like I was just thirteen

But instead of unearthing a haunted bees(?)
I felt the devil growing upon the coins(?)
And was it treasure?
Or was it trouble?

What did you see?

I turned and saw a girl
Who’d walk a mile on her back(?)
Her brother Romadon helped when he stumbled onto the scene(?)
Then he brought a knife

At that moment I felt terribly and I left the cove
When I turned around you know, the girl was gone

And she wasn’t treasure, but she was trouble

But when I told the sister
About the mistake with her brother
She informed me that from childhood
Well, they’d only had each other
It seemed her mother she left them,
Oh only to each other
When she kicked them to the gutter
They went into the gutter
